You'll need to do a bit of programming here(just copy pasting actually).
Alright here's the deal. The games that you download will not rotate when you slide keyboard out and will have an irritating white box at bottom of the screen. Here how you get rid of these problems:
First off download winrar. Now with winrar installed download any game/app that you wanna modify.
Right click the app and select open with winrar. Open the file "Manifest.mf" in "Meta-Inf" folder with notepad. If its not opening with notepad, here's the trick. create a new text document and name it as "xyz.mf" Right-click it and select open with. Now check the box saying always use this to open these type of file(or something to that effect). Now you've set the default program to open .mf files notepad.
Anyways when you open Manifest.mf with notepad add the following lines at bottom:
X-Pax-Keyboard: Qwerty
X-Pax-TextInput-Hidden: true
MIDlet-Touch-Support: TRUE
MIDlet-ScreenMode: ROTATE
Save changes to the archive and exit. Now install that app and Enjoy!!!

ReplyDeleteI too own Corby Pro from last two years, it was fun using this phone. Was very happy with it. Today morning I tried to install the Android theme on it available for Corby S3650. While process suddenly stopped and showed error serial port. Phone has blank mode discharge. Now that does not show anything, means not detected, even in download mode, or anything. It's just dead.
I think after the master reset I got the error serial port, and made it happen.
Anyone any idea if I can bring my device to life ...?
Atleast not respond, even if you can not or will not help. I do not care. Only now and am regretting it seems too late, but I do not lose hope. Does this help ...
